If you’ve ordered the wrong product or you no longer require it but it hasn’t been delivered yet, contact us as soon as possible and we will refund you.
If you are not satisfied with a delivery for whatever reason, and you want to return any products, then we can either pick up from the delivery site for a nominal fee or you can return the product to one of our stores.
We will refund once the product is back at one of our depots.
We cannot take perishable products back, such as cements or plasters nor can we bring back bulk bag products due to them having a one-use lifespan.
